CDF offers a single 90 minute fire rated wood door made of mineral core materials which is suitable for room and corridor partition openings where rated doors are required. These doors are manufactured with the Superstile for superior screw holding strength and split resistance. We have a variety of wood veneers to choose from as well as several fire rated glass and fusible link louver options. We offer stock sizes such as 3068 and 3070 in unfinished and clear pre-finished ready to go within 2-3 business days.

Standard Product Description

Premium Grade conforming to or exceeding WDMA Industry Standard I.S. 1-A
and Architectural Woodwork Institute Standards for type FD 5
Thickness - 1-3/4"
Treated maple for 45 and 60 minutes, laminated maple for 90 minute,
bonded to the core. All are available veneered to match the face.
Mineral Core is an asbestos-free, mineral-based product that meets the criteria
for 45, 60, and 90 minute fire rated doors
Fire rated options - Non rated, 20 minute, 45 minute, 60 minute, 90 minute, and 3 HR

Door Fire Rating Options

Our commercial grade doors can withstand the spread of fires to the architectural grade standard fire rating of 90 minutes. We carry fire rated commercial doors with custom options including stain finishes, sizing, and non-existing hardware. The most common application for a fire rated door include commercial openings needing to meet code requirements or any opening that needs to be protected from a potential fire hazard from spreading.
